Great customer service, whatever questions I had about jacket was promptly answered. Jacket is very high quality and designed. From recent usage of coat it allows me to easily transfer perspiration awayfrom my body enabling me to stay dry beneath jacket during high activity. Coat beads rain water easily away from surface. Yet to experience heavy rain downfall to assess how jacket performs, but so far I am highly satisfied / impressed with jacket performance.
